Refund Policy

Warranties & Return Policy

Agile Medical Alert passes on the manufactures’ warranties on all new equipment.  Returns are accepted for replacement only.  Re-quests for returns must be submitted in writing to Agile Medical Alert.  All returned merchandise must be clearly marked with a RMA number issued by Agile Medical Alert and include a description of the problem.  The RMA number is valid only for items originally listed in the request forms.  The items are tested only for problems listed in the RMA form, so please describe the problem clearly.  “Dead on Arrival” must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.  Any physical damage or re-work performed to the unit or defacing labels on parts & components voids warranty.  Return for replacement can be accepted only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please be sure to include all accessories including hardware in its original condition/packaging.  Any items returned for credit and sent incomplete or defaced will not qualify for replacement.  Please print RMA number legibly on top of the package; package w/out an RMA number will not be accepted.
New, unused and inactivated product can be returned within 15 days with a 25% restocking fee to receive account credit.  Restrictions may apply.  Contact Agile Medical Alert customer service.  Sales tax is refundable when applicable.  Shipping is not refundable.
